BBT CD4

Cycle day 4
Fourth day of mensus...........

I dont know why my temperature stay elevated during my period...I stopped taking Progesterone and Metformin since CD1...

Wednesday 19 March 2014

BBT at 17dpo (actually cycle21 day 2)

Kalau pun period, why my temp is still high ek?
My normal body temp is around 35ish

[BEWARN...YUCKY IMAGE]

Feels sooo weird...
Darah keluar every 24hrs.
First one on 17.03 at around 2pm
Second on 18.03 at 2.40pm
Third is today, 19.03 at 12pm
I thought at first it was implantation bleeding coz i had very light brown spotting, which i never had before.
Now the bleeding is getting heavier.
Deal with it....im on my period!!!! #cry#
PT is now negative :(
Im gonna stop eating my progesterone.
I hate you, af... :'(

Tuesday 18 March 2014

Another blood :( [YOU R WARNED]

:( :( :(
I saw purple colored on the test line. Means there is HCG present in my urine, as well as my blood. But..... :(
Early miscarriage again? :'(

BBT at 16dpo

Ermm....i spotted a string of blood mixed with stretchy mucus yesterday afternoon. But after that, no more.
Yesterday i had nausea, last night i had the worst headache u thought i could pass out anytime. My uterus also felt funny i can feel like an vibrating-electric-current-static sort of thing going on in there.
So i tested PT this morning.
BFN.
Then i checked again after an hour before i go to work.
Erm....the second line is there. Definitely not an evaporation line coz i can easily see color on it. I saw evaps before and they are usually grey. It's definitely not an evap.
This same thing happened last year february 2013 when I got pregnant. The second line appears sooo thin...oh well...i dont wanna get too excited after what had happened to my previous pregnancies tho...will test again tomorrow

Monday 17 March 2014

Blood !!! [Beware, disgusting image]

Oh no....noticed a trace of blood+mucus just now :(((((( #cry# im out this month!!!

Today is Day 36

My Plan B...

If this first cycle with clomid+metformin+progesterone ends up with no baby, Im gonna opt for something more natural and cheaper.

AT FIRST, we decided to give ABP26 a go. This ABP26 (Aura Beauty Perfect) has made Didie Alias and Rozita Che Wan to conceive, and both are in their 40s... *cry*

But somehow.....last night, late night, I received a message from a friend of mine via FB Inbox....
The last time we had a conversation was on 5 Jan 2014.
And last night she announced that she is now 3 months pregnant !!!
Actually we had a deal, to give updates in case one of us get pregnant earlier.
Wohoo...happy for her !!!
She told me, she consumed SHAKLEE GLA from her first day of mensus up till 12 days.
At the same time both her and her husband went to meet Ustaz Soud, and were given this ubat warna putih.

Maybe this is a way of how God guided me since He knew both of us ada kesempitan duit pada masa ni.
Nak jumpa doktor je skali visit dh kena charge $300 roughly HUHU...
ABP26 pun mahal gak... Red + Purple + Triple L 2 set all in all $250 =p
Then tiba2 je my friend inbox I semalam...

So our next plan, kalau start mensus je, I will start consuming  SHAKLEE ESP (Soy Isoflavones) from Day 2-6. Kalau ada masalah thyroid, SI ni tak di galakkan, but kalau cuma consume 5hari dlm 1 cycle, should be ok...
I read that this SI acts exactly like a Clomid...worth a try! Click here to read more on it.
At the same time will consume SHAKLEE GLA from Day 1 to 14
Besides than those, will also consume SHAKLEE Alfalfa Complex and Omega Guard sebab I baca they are very great products kalau ada PCOS...

So from Dr Avinash, will still be consuming Metformin, if advised.

But still, I am very hopeful that I will get my BFP this cycle...huhuhu....I am now on Day 36. Selalunya before PCOS, this day dah start mensus dah....

Insya Allah...hopefully Tuhan akan tolong...Aamiin...

BBT at 14dpo

Temp did rise again.
Last night I slept around 1am
At 3am I temped 36.55 (highest so far!!) But since it was 2hrs away from my sleep, and on the websites they mention that to get an accurate temp, you need to hv a solid block of 3 to 4 hrs of sleep
So I temped again around 8am, and got 36.37
Not bad..

Symptoms at 11dpo and 12dpo

To tell you honestly, I am getting tired already with blogging. LOL.
Especially when I saw undesirable results.
Well, symptoms at 11dpo and 12dpo are pretty much the same like before

-gassy
-stool is sometimes loose, sometimes normal (sorry TMI)
-SLEEPY
-tired
-fatigue
-odd feeling down there
-wet feeling, on and off
-especially at 12dpo, getting clumsier, mind not working

so far, that's all about it.

Thursday 13 March 2014

Armpit oh armpit

I lied again. I didnt stop charting. I guess once u started temping, it is very hard for u to stop altogether. Temp increased this morning, but not as much #shrug#

Fourth appointment with Dr Avinash

My husband and I were supposed to meet Dr Avinash on 13.03.2014
But we went there yesterday evening (Tuesday evening)

I was worried if I will get pregnant this cycle, I will lose the baby again due to Progesterone suppression.
My progesterone pills have finished, and the last time I consume the pill was on Monday morning.

Due to the yellowish cervical mucus that I had yesterday, I decided to bring my husband to meet Dr Avinash earlier to seek for advise.

She allowed me to continue with my Progesterone taking, but warned to stop immediately as soon as my period comes.

I also stocked up my Metformin, so that is all about it.
Will be going to see her again if I get my BFP or my mensus.

-Progesterone pills for 10 days
-Metformin 1 box

Total cost : $90

Symptoms at 10dpo

-temperature dropped to the lowest point, 35.02, second take was even worse, 34.84
-feeling down (obviously)
-feeling wet down there, went to the toilet and only saw a bit of watery cm
-funny feeling in uterus, maybe about to flush out blood/lining

BBT at 10dpo

I have learnt something new this morning.

As usual, when I woke up this morning, I took my temp, and for the shock of my life...I got the most lowest temp Ive ever had! I usually will use my armpit to temp. Then I decided to tryyyyy, for the first time, to temp vaginally. And below is the result:

Armpit (usual procedure) : 35.02
Vagina (first time) : 36.60

You see the difference?????

So I decided to stop temping for this cycle since the pattern was so so weird. Next cycle (if), Im gonna start temping vaginally as I read that this method is the most accurate.

Hmm..so many mornings were wasted! But im still hoping!

My BBT chart from Fertility Friend

I managed to learn on how to change setting on FF (Fertility Friend)
Earlier, from my chart they could not detect any ovulation, for few reasons:
-I started temping mid cycle
-My temp is going crazy
-Disturbed sleep
Albeit, I did actually had a positive opk, and had 3 times of increased temp in a row before a dip.
So I guess I dah ovulate....

Here's the details from FF:

-this afternoon, i saw a slimy discharge, tho the photo below shows tiny bit of yellowish greenish mucus, but most of them are clear and creamy in color. I can also feel a tint of eggwhite cervical mucus kind of texture
(My hope is getting high again huhiii....might be a mucus plug????) Who knows!!

Friday 7 March 2014

Temp dip?

I dont know....just wait and see what's the figure tomorrow morning

Frozen yoghurt anyone??

Again, ive got no appetite for rice this afternoon. So i end up pulling over at Dezato.

I remember before I got married, I used to be a regular customer of Tutti Frutti. I went there almost everyday for Froyo, and I had actually (although I never realized it at first) lose weight, from 92kg turun ke 85kg. I only realized when the nurse got me stand on the weighing scale few weeks after I got married. I guess that only happened before I got my PCOS huhu....

After my fourth miscarriage, my weight was 88kg. After I got my PCOS, it went up happily to 96kg.
Regardless my efforts, the number did not co-operate.
So right now, the scale is no longer my friend. I hate it!

Where to get cheap OPKs and HPTs

Eloo.....
For my fellow Bruneians, as we all know barang kat sini semua mahal2 macam *^&(%^)

Contradicting info (again, on Vitamin C)

Invisible Pink OB RN answered 3 years ago
Its a myth that Vitamin C will stop or prevent a pregnancy from happening!

No truth whatsoever and if you take TOO much you could develop kidney stones - I promise you you don't want that!

No its not true, Vitamin C is a water soluble material so if your body takes in to much it is flushed out by your kidneys....which can cause kidney stones this would protect the fetus. Vitamin C is a way to boost your immune system not prevent pregnancy!!

This is true.
It is impossible to get hypervitaminosis C, the most you will get is diarrhoea.
I had to ask my mum, who has studied nutrition at length as I have been craving anything fresh orange related.

No, vitamin C will not cause a miscarriage. The body flushes out all additional vitamin C. Do not attempt to take too much Airborne as it can lead to kidney failure. Go see the doctor again and request the pill that causes miscarriage if you do not want to have a surgical abortion.

Can Vitamin C stop early pregnancy?

My friend is very young and she is worried that she might be pregnant. She wants to do all she can to prevent this pregnancy. I've heard that overdosing on vitamin c can stop an early pregnancy. Is this true? And are there any other ways to stop an early pregnancy?

Please let me know if you are aware of any methods.
Thank you in advance

Best AnswerVoter's Choice

Ehh,technically yes. Though I have not tried it. I do know though if you are pregnant, extremely large doses it can result in miscarriage. So...take that into consideration. IF you are going to do this - DO it as soon as possible!

(Another option)
If it has been 72 hours or less since the 'incident'. Seek medical attention. Get Plan B(emergency contraception.)

_From an online source_
If you are trying to avoid pregnancy and cannot afford traditional birth control, purchase Vitamin C. When you buy the bottle of this vitamin, be sure it contains only ascorbic acid. This acid is the pure Vitamin C. Your best bet to be positive you are only getting Vitamin C is to buy the cheaper version. No combination vitamins!

Vitamin C has the ability of making the uterus an unfriendly environment for the implantation of a fertilized ovum.

If your period is late, you can take a large dose of Vitamin C to induce your period. This works well if your period is only a few days to a week late. The dosage used most often to bring on a period is 1500 mg, twice in a day.

Have plenty of menstrual pain relief medication on hand(Ibuprofen is good for that). A period induced with Vitamin C can have stronger cramps than your normal period.

Vitamin C ... =(

Here's what I have learnt from google today...

Vitamic C can actually avoid conception, and prevent pregnancies....
Oh no....remember that day I ate SOOOOO MANYYYYY fruitssss which contain TONSSSS of Vitamin C **click here**

Jom baca...

Vitamin C also know as Ascorbic acid can be used in a variety of ways to prevent conception. Of course the best prevention is to keep the sperm out of the vagina in the first place. If, for example, a condom breaks, or unprotected intercourse occurs during a woman's fertile time, two tablets may be placed within the vagina next to the cervix as soon as possible. This increases the acid levels in the vagina. The sperm need an alkaline environment to survive; fertile mucus.

The sooner the better in this usage, if fertile mucus is present you can bet those little sperms will be swimming hard, and as soon as they get inside the cervix's trapdoor they are safe. There is no guarantee that this will be 100% effective, but by reducing the number of sperm that actually make it inside the cervix, greatly reduces chances that the remaining sperm will actually complete the journey up into the fallopian tube, they have two fallopian tubes to choose from and no way of knowing which is the one holding the egg, find and penetrate the egg. You can see why millions of sperm are released with each ejaculation. But remember it only takes one healthy determined sperm with a bit o'luck on his side to do the job.

Tablets of Vitamin C could also be placed inside the vagina just before intercourse, giving them just enough time to dissolve. Hopefully making things acidic enough to kill the sperm upon ejaculation. This can be irritating however, and another source only recommends this in emergency situations. 12. 1 or 2 500 mg tablets (non-chewable) placed inside the vagina immediately following unprotected sex, or condom rupture, twice a day for 3 days. Soothe afterwards with aloe vera and acidophilus If you are interested in home made spermacides you may want to check out what I have collected about this topic.

If you know fertilizing intercourse took place less than 72 hours ago, you might want to consider Emergency Contraception offered by the medical establishment, as it may be more effective in preventing unwanted pregnancy, find out more for yourself.

Vitamin c can be taken internally as an emergency contraceptive during the time between ovulation and when menstruation is expected. Apparently the ascorbic acid interferes with the production of progesterone. Progesterone is needed to prepare the uterus for pregnancy as well as maintain a pregnancy.

*********
macam tak puas hati lah.....vitamin C interferes with progesterone...dah la level progesterone I always low...no wonder lah sampai skarang my boobs tak sakit2 lagi....tak mcm my previous pregnancies... =(
hopefully there is still hope....

Attention to PCOS-ians....

I saw an entry from this one blogger, keterangan dia tentang PCOS sangatlah detailed ! I learnt a lot from reading her article. Thanks Ms.Nia =)

Her link:
http://mrsniazara.blogspot.com/2012/06/pcoser-perlu-bertindak-sekarang-juga.html

-------------------------------------------------------------------

Daripada research yang saya buat di website, PCOS adalah disebabkan oleh pelbagai faktor, iaitu;

Maknanya, pengambilan kadar gula kena rendah, so, SAY NO TO SUGAR!!! Karbohidrat yang diproses, iaitu roti, kentang dan roti yang manis-manis tu, please block all those for your food list.

Dari pembacaan saya, natural remedy adalah;

3. Testosteron tinggi
Selalunya pcoser mengalami simptom-simpton kelelakian sedikit.

Bila saya tengok the whole picture of PCOS, semuanya berpunya daripada insulin resistant.

Of course, now I should say 'no' to processed food especially fast food.

Selamat berjuang...

The bottom line is this… Yes, PCOS can make it more difficult to have a baby, but it does not have to stop you from becoming a mother. You just need to understand how the condition is interfering with your ability to conceive and take measures to control the disorder.
